The Highlands is a 60,000+ SF Shopping Center that sits on 7 acres at Highland Drive and Red Wolf Boulevard, an intersection Brown called ground zero for retail commerce in the Jonesboro trade area. After G&P Development acquired the center in 2015, Haag Brown led a redevelopment Brown estimated would reach $10 million in total investment, including more than $1.7 million in exterior improvements. The refreshed center landed Huddle House, ColdStone and the first free-standing Slim Chickens to Jonesboro.
