The Reserve at NEA in Jonesboro, AR

Building on the Hill Park concept, Haag Brown partnered with NEA Baptist to create an 11 acre, lifestyle-focused medical development designed as a seamless extension of the NEA Baptist Health System Campus. It offers the only location in Jonesboro with direct pedestrian and vehicle access to the hospital. The first phase delivered a pediatrics and dermatology clinic, followed by a pain management clinic with more than 9,000 square feet, in a project Brown valued at $40 million to $50 million.
