Township Centre in Jonesboro, AR

Haag Brown turned the former NEA District Fairgrounds along Red Wolf Boulevard into Jonesboro’s premier restaurant destination, now known as Township Centre, finished with 165,009 SF of restaurants and retail. The work began in 2011 with a build-to-suit for Panera Bread. It was followed by a center that delivered the city’s first drive-through Starbucks, followed by Qdoba, Cheddar’s, and Arkansas’s first Chicken Salad Chick. By 2018, Joshua Brown noted the site’s restaurants represented almost fifteen million dollars per year in annual restaurant sales volume.
