Trumann Walmart Shadow Development in Trumann, AR

Haag Brown developed the outparcels around the only Walmart Supercenter between Jonesboro and West Memphis, a retail hub serving a trade area about three times Trumann’s population. The anchor was a build-to-suit Orscheln Farm & Home of about 32,000 SF, which Brown called a really big deal for the city. The development went on to add a full-service Burger King, a new 7,000 SF NEA Baptist Clinic and an 8,596 SF ArKids Pediatric Day Center.
