UrbanTech in Jonesboro, AR

Haag Brown sold and redeveloped the former Teletech call center, a 64,000+ SF building on 5 acres with more than 380 parking spaces fronting Caraway Road in the heart of Jonesboro’s primary retail district. Partnering with two expanding Arkansas companies, S&H Systems and Red River Pharmacy, the team transformed the former grocery store turned call center into UrbanTech, a reimagined high-tech corporate headquarters for both. The redevelopment gave the building an exterior that finally matched the modern, tech-forward interior, with new landscaping, signage and site improvements completed on an impressively short timeline. Joshua Brown calls it one of his favorite projects for putting an iconic but underused property back to work for two growing local employers.
